Research

I use quantitative and qualitative methods. My ongoing research projects focus on tracking language and literacy acquisition for children who are deaf and hard of hearing, developing effective and culturally appropriate interventions, and understanding the relation of hearing loss and fatigue. We also focus on better understanding the lived experiences of children who are deaf and hard of hearing and their families.
